Spider-Man wants a word with you

A couple of days ago I posted up about something “ground breaking” that was about to happen. That being a trailer for the 2nd instalment of the current re-boot of the Spider-man franchise.  This is going to be released to a screaming legion of fans.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 trailer is almost here

We saw the same yesterday but the youtube clip that was released was just a “blank screen” with a final information card. On the other hand we did see quite a nice shot of Electro screaming at someone  about something…

Electro lets us know there is a countdown happening

There hasn’t been an official synopsis release as yet but this one seems to cover all the angles.

In The Amazing Spider-Man 2, for Peter Parker (Andrew Garfield), life is busy – between taking out the bad guys as Spider-Man and spending time with the person he loves, Gwen (Emma Stone), high school graduation can’t come quickly enough. Peter hasn’t forgotten about the promise he made to Gwen’s father to protect her by staying away – but that’s a promise he just can’t keep. Things will change for Peter when a new villain, Electro (Jamie Foxx), emerges, an old friend, Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan), returns, and Peter uncovers new clues about his past.

Swinging into UK cinemas April 18, 2014
