Macbeth’s new posters

Not that long ago Macbeth had a new trailer. Today we have new posters for the film.

One covered in blood the other uncovered and naked! It’s hard to say which is the better. I do love the white one. It shows everything in colour. It shows the main key points in his journey into madness. From meeting the witches to the way that this starts.

The red one you could say shows Lady Macbeth and her “damned spot“.  It could have been better if they used her as the background and her Lord as the secondary character.  Showing what she is, in the play, known for!

Do you agree with my comments about the posters?  How would you change them?  You can have your say at the bottom of the post!

Macbeth is the story of a fearless warrior and inspiring leader brought low by ambition and desire. A thrilling interpretation of the dramatic realities of the times and a reimagining of what wartime must have been like for one of literature’s most famous and compelling characters, a story of all-consuming passion and ambition set in war torn Scotland.
